Standards and Rules

The SHAMCI Certification Scheme Rules gives the requirements for SHAMCI certification of solar collectors and solar water heaters for the Arab States, and define the test methods to be used to check if requirements are fulfilled. 

The SHAMCI Certification Scheme Rules are elaborated by the SHAMCI Network and any changes in the scheme rules shall be approved by the SHAMCI Network .

A network has been formed with the name of SHAMCI to prepare the certification rules for SWHs in the Arab region, the rules developed in cooperation with SWT, Stuttgart University.
